Half Acre at SR 276 Improvement Project

Project Scope:

Located near the South Afton Commerce Park, this project involved widening Half Acre Road from SR 32 to SR 276. Shoulders were added to the roadway as well as new turn lanes to better support the flow of traffic to and from the new Commerce Park.

This project is an extension of the Half Acre Road project that the CCTID completed in 2015, which ran from Old SR 32 to SR 32.

Community Benefit:

Improved access along Half Acre Road will support traffic for the new South Afton Commerce Park. This new development in Clermont County is expected to create more than 3,500 jobs and generate approximately $1.5 billion in economic activity per year once completed.
